Nevezis Kedainiai will miss out Betsafe LKL 2019-20 season as the club did not provide documents to receive the license.

On the 15th of July LKL Board provided Nevezis partial license. The club was asked to provide additional documents to be submitted until the 15th of August. However, the club did not present any additional information and will not be able to compete in the Betsafe LKL for the 2019-20 campaign.

LKL Board will have urgent meeting on Wednesday to discuss the situation.

Only nine teams have received LKL licenses for the 2019-20 season.

Nevezis debuted in the LKL in 2002 and played in the top Lithuanian basketball division since.
