Juventus sign Vaitkus

Ignas Vaitkus will continue his Betsafe LKL career in Juventus Utena. Forward signed a two-year deal with the team.

Vaitkus started career in Betsafe LKL in 2016 competing for Nevezis Kedainiai and then spent last two seasons with his hometown team BC Siauliai.

Forward, 26, was team leader with 12.7 points per game.

Vaitkus is fourth new member for Juventus team this off-season. The club has also signed Julius Jucikas, Zygimantas Skucas and Vytautas Sulskis. Four players have stayed on the team from the previous season, including Gytis Radzevicius, Arnas Berucka, Arminas Kleisys and Marius Runkauskas.

The team will be coached by Zydrunas Urbonas, who extended the contract with the club.
