Rytas ended their losing streak with a difficult win in Siauliai
Rytas Vilnius managed to end their two games losing streak on a trip to Siauliai. Rytas after a tough battle 86:81 defeated Siauliai and got back on the winning road.
Rytas ended Siauliai's two games winning streak, while Rytas lost three games of their last four before the game on the road.
Rytas had troubles on defensive end against Benas Griciunas. Bigman scored 26 points and grabbed five rebounds.
Pako Cruz and Martynas Echodas was the top scorers for the Rytas. Cruz had 21 points while Echodas added 20 and nine rebounds. Arnas Butkevicius scored only five points but grabbed 14 rebounds and stole the ball four times. 14 rebounds is the new personal best for Vilnius' side forward.
Rytas had double digits lead after the first half (53:39) but allowed Siauliai to come back in the last period. Although, visitors held on to their lead until the final buzzer.
