Kulvietis headlines Team of the Week

Lietkabelis forward Saulius Kulvietis stole the limelight in the Betsafe LKL last week with an impressive 25-point performance in a come-from-behind win against Siauliai to headline the Team of the Week.

In a 95-83 triumph over Siauliai, he connected on 10 of 11 field goal attempts and added 3 rebounds and a pair of steals for an efficiency mark of 34.

The sharpshooter registered his highest scoring game in the Lithuanian top flight since 2009 when he scored 27 points against Suduva Marijampole as a member of Perlas Vilnius.

His teammate Stefan Sinovec joined him on the Team of the Week, with the Pieno Zvaigzdes duo of Jay Threatt and Ivars Zvigurs, and Juventus center Martinas Geben filling the remaining spots.
