Last season's runners-up from Panevezys survived a down-to-the-wire thriller in Siauliai, inscribing an 85-84 victory to clinch a 3-1 series win, with Darjus Lavrinovic and Lorenzo Williams shouldering the brunt of the load.

Nick Zeisloft led the game in scoring with 20 points for Siauliai on 4-of-5 shooting from beyond the arc, Laurynas Birutis collected 18 points and 8 rebounds, with Kristupas Zemaitis putting up 14 points and 8 assists in a losing effort.
The other game of the day turned into a one-sided affair, with Neptunas triumphing 101-64 against Pieno Zvaigzdes to move the series marker to 3-1.
Brandon Fields collected a game-high 19 points for the winners, Tomas Delininkaitis needed only 12 minutes of playing time to score 17 points, while Mindaugas Kacinas and Renaldas Seibutis added 12 points apiece.
Vyacheslav Bobrov and Osvaldas Olisevicius were the only Pieno Zvaigzdes players in double figures with 13 and 11 points, respectively.
Neptunas will take on Lietuvos Rytas on one side of the bracket, with Lietkabelis playing against the winner of the last remaining Quarter-Finals pair between Zalgiris and Nevezis, where the defending champions from Kaunas have a 1-0 lead.
