Zalgiris had trouble in their match-up against Lietkabelis, earning an 81-74 win, but the result was probably not their main concern.

After a collision with Ksistof Lavrinovic just three minutes on the court, He left the court limping and did not return despite warming up during halftime.

Zalgiris earned their 29th win in 33 games and are just a victory shy of taking the top spot. Lietkabelis finish their regular season run with a 20-16 record in fourth place.

Last week's MVP Brandon Davies was the top player once again, as he dropped 23 points. Kevin Pangos added 14 points, while Paulius Jankunas chipped in with 12.

Lietkabelis was led by Darjus Lavrinovic's 19 points. Zanis Peiners added 12, while Gintaras Leonavicius finished with 10 in his 300th LKL game.

Lietuvos Rytas ended their regular season campaign with a 20-point victory that will most likely not make much difference in the standings. After an outstanding fourth quarter, they defeated Nevezis 97-77.

The Vilnius side played their last regular season game and will likely drop to the second seed unless Zalgiris falls short in all three of their remaining games. It was also Nevezis' last game, which has them finishing eighth with a 12-24 record.

Zakharov has averaged 20.8 points over his last five games. Gabrielius Maldunas added 11 points to the tally, while Gintautas Matulis and James Woodard finished the night with 9 apiece.

Vytautas have officialy earned the bottom spot in the standings after a 73-79 loss against Pieno Zvaigzdes has their Betsafe LKL future solely in the hands of NKL side Vytis.

This was Pieno Zvaigzdes' 14th win of the season, as they hold a 14-21 record. They will look to face Neptunas in the first round of the playoffs. For Vytautas, the loss drops them to a record of 8-27.
