Zalgiris dominated in Vilnius and became the only unbeaten team

Zalgiris Kaunas made a huge run before the halftime, dominated in Vilnius and celebrated the win 88:70.

Kaunas side ran away after 22:6 run in the second period and left no chance to Rytas Vilnius.

After this game, Zalgiris became the only unbeaten team in Betsafe LKL. It was the first loss in six games for Rytas.

Jock Landale and Nigel Hayes scored 15 points each for Zalgiris and both of the guys played the best game in Betsafe LKL so far.

Cameron Bairstow scored 12 points for Rytas while Marek Blazevic and Eimantas Bendzius added 10 points each. 

Zalgiris won all seven games in Betsafe LKL last season against Rytas. The only time Rytas defeated Lithuanian champions was in King Mindaugas cup final.
