Great start of the last period helped Lietkabelis to start Citadele King Mindaugas cup QF with a win

Lietkabelis Panevezys started the last period with a 11:0 run and left Pieno zvaigzdes Pasvalys scoreless for five minutes. Lietkabelis started Citadele King Mindaugas cup Quarter-Finals with a 78:72 win.

Pasvalys' side had nine points lead in the third period (51:42) but great fourth quarter by the visitors left Pieno zvaigzdes with a loss in their hands.

Second leg of the Quarter-Finals will be played on 12th of February in Panevezys.

Paulius Valinskas had game of the season and led Lietkabelis to the win with 24 points.

Arvydas Siksnius scored 22 points, while Miha Lapornik added 21 for Pieno zvaigzdes. Siksnius and Lapornik made 10 three pointers out of 16 together.
